   With modern communication technologies, we are now facing more possibilities to work together while being remote. But, if our work requires team members with CMC to achieve the same tasks as face-to face (FTF) environment, how could we do(表現難)?

   Human interaction has been changing under the influence of technological changes and CMC type collaboration becomes more and more popular. Based on the understanding that this trend is undeniable in a more and more globalized society, we designed experiments to see if personal information exchange in a CMC situation is helpful to develop personal relationships, which is necessary condition for informal organization.
   Informal organization is an important concept when we discuss how an organization works, which is pointed out by organizational scientists [1]. The most important function of informal organization is to provide an organization with ability to attain the goals of less-structured tasks, which is difficult to attain only with formal organization. Informal organization, however, seldom appears under computer mediated communication, because there hardly exist any chances to get to know each other personally and develop personal relationships outside the task achieving situation.
